What is cloud hosting?
On these plans it means a cPanel hosting account on our Cloud SSD platform, with far larger storage and addon-domain allowances than a standard shared plan. Day to day it works like shared hosting — the same control panel, the same workflow — you simply have much more room.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. Open the service in your dashboard and choose Upgrade / Downgrade — you are billed the difference rather than starting again.
Is a domain included?
No cloud plan includes a free domain. You can register one separately and point it at your hosting, or use a domain you already own.
Do you provide automatic backups?
Three of the cloud plans state a backup schedule in their catalogue entry — daily on Basic, weekly/monthly on Professional and Unlimited — and the tech specs table shows exactly which. Where a plan is silent the table prints a dash, so ask us before you buy if backups matter to you.
What kind of support do you offer?

Is there a money back guarantee?
A new hosting account has a 30-day refund window under our refund policy, if you are not happy and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
