Yes — every plan states private nameservers. You register something like ns1.yourbrand.com and point it at the server, so your clients configure your nameservers, not ours.

Every plan includes a free domain reseller account, so you can sell domain registrations to your clients. A free domain registration is not included; you can register one separately.

We do not list a migration service, so this page does not promise a free one. Open a ticket with what you are moving and we will tell you honestly what is involved — and with WHM you can bring accounts in yourself from cPanel backups.

A new hosting account has a 30-day refund window under our refund policy, if you are not happy and our support team cannot resolve the issue. It covers the hosting plan only, applies to the first hosting service on a new account, and excludes accounts bought under a promotion — the policy has the full terms.
